Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Glass noodles
  • 1 cup Carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup Snow peas
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the glass noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add carrots, bell peppers, and snow peas. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the cooked glass noodles and soy sauce. Toss to combine.
  5. 5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
