Ingredients

  • 1 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  2. 2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to make a slurry.
  4. 4. Add the slurry to the saucepan and whisk until the glaze thickens.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before using.
