  2. Add carrots and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add maple syrup, salt, and pepper. Stir well to coat the carrots.
  4. Cook for another 10-15 minutes until carrots are tender and glazed.
  5. Serve warm.
