Gluten-Free Banana Nut Bread

- 3 Ripe Bananas mashed
- ⅓ cup Coconut Oil melted
- ½ cup Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ cup Almond Milk
- 1 ¾ cups Gluten-Free Flour
- ½ cup Chopped Walnuts
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Add baking soda and salt to the mixture. Stir well.
Mix in almond milk. Gradually add gluten-free flour and stir until combined.
Fold in chopped walnuts.
Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
