Instructions

  2. 2. Tear the gluten-free bread into small pieces and spread them out on a baking sheet.
  3. 3. Drizzle the olive oil over the bread pieces and sprinkle with salt.
  4. 4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the bread is dry and crispy.
  5. 5. Allow the bread to cool completely, then transfer to a food processor and pulse until you achieve the desired crumb size.
