Main Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Warm Water
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 3 cups Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
- 2 ½ teaspoon Xanthan Gum
- 1 ½ teaspoon Salt
- 2 ¼ teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
1. Add the warm water, olive oil, and maple syrup to the bread machine pan.
2. Add the gluten-free flour, xanthan gum, and salt on top of the wet ingredients.
3. Make a small well in the dry ingredients and add the yeast.
4. Set your bread machine to the gluten-free setting and start.
5. Once the cycle is complete, remove the bread and let it cool before slicing.
