Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Gluten-free flour blend
- 1 cup Warm water
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
- 1 packet Active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon Salt
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, maple syrup, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
3. Add the olive oil, gluten-free flour blend, and salt to the yeast mixture. Stir until well combined.
4. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
6. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
