Ingredients

  • 1 cup Gluten-Free Flour
  • ½ cup Cocoa Powder
  • ½ cup Coconut Sugar
  • ¼ cup Coconut Oil melted
  • ¼ cup Almond Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Vegan Chocolate Chips

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges are set. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
