  • 1 cup Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Coconut Milk full-fat
  • ¼ cup Coconut Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. 2. Add the coconut milk, coconut yogurt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a ball.
  4. 4. On a floured surface, roll each ball into a flat oval shape.
  5. 5. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each naan for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
