Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Peanut Butter creamy
- ½ cup Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Add baking soda and salt to the mixture and stir until well combined.
Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball with a fork, creating a crisscross pattern.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
