  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour and salt.
  3. Add the solid coconut oil and mix until crumbly.
  4. Stir in the maple syrup and vanilla extract until the dough comes together.
  5. Press the dough into a baking dish evenly.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Let it cool completely before using.
