Ingredients 

Dough

  • 2 cups Gluten-Free Flour
  • 1 packet Instant Yeast
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Almond Milk warmed
  • ¼ cup Coconut Oil melted

Filling

  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Coconut Oil melted

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm almond milk, melted coconut oil, and sugar. Sprinkle the yeast on top and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Add gluten-free flour to the yeast mixture and stir until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread melted coconut oil on top, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  4. 4. Roll up the dough tightly and cut into 8 rolls. Place them in a greased baking dish.
  5. 5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Let the rolls rise for 20 minutes, then bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
