  • 1 cup Cornmeal
  • 1 cup Gluten-free flour
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • ¼ cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the almond milk, vegetable oil, and apple cider vinegar to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving.
