- 1 cup Gluten-free flour
- 1 cup Coconut sugar
- ½ cup Cocoa powder
- ½ cup Coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon Baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Almond milk
- ½ cup Dark chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Add the melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and almond milk. Mix until well combined.
Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the brownies cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
