Main Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free flour
- ½ cup coconut sugar
- ¼ cup molasses
- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.
Add molasses, melted coconut oil, and almond milk. Mix until combined.
Roll dough into balls and place on a baking sheet.
Flatten each ball slightly with your hand.
Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are golden.
Let cool on a wire rack.
