Instructions
Boil the potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.

Divide the dough into four parts. Roll each part into a long rope, and cut into 1-inch pieces.
Press each piece with a fork to create ridges. Boil in salted water until they float, about 2-3 minutes.
