Ingredients

  • 4 medium Potatoes peeled and chopped
  • 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
  2. Mash the potatoes until smooth. Add flour and salt, and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into four parts. Roll each part into a long rope, and cut into 1-inch pieces.
  4. Press each piece with a fork to create ridges. Boil in salted water until they float, about 2-3 minutes.
