  • 200 g Vegan goat cheese
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried herbs such as thyme or oregano

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried herbs.
  3. 3. Roll the vegan goat cheese into small balls.
  4. 4. Coat each cheese ball in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. 5. Place the coated cheese balls on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. 6. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. 7. Serve warm.
