  • 2 tablespoon Honey or agave syrup for vegan option
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice baguette into ½-inch slices.
  3. Brush slices with olive oil.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  5. Spread vegan goat cheese on each slice.
  6. Drizzle with honey.
  7. Garnish with fresh thyme.
