  • 4 pieces Vegan Salmon Fillets
  • 2 tablespoon Gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Place the vegan salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the gochujang mixture over the fillets.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the fillets are cooked through.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
