Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Rice paper wrappers
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots
  • 1 cup Cucumber strips
  • 1 cup Cooked vermicelli noodles
  • 1 block Tofu, sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh herbs (mint, basil, cilantro)

Instructions 

  1. 1. Prepare all the vegetables and tofu.
  2. 2. Dip a rice paper wrapper in warm water for a few seconds until soft.
  3. 3. Place the softened wrapper on a flat surface and add a small amount of each ingredient.
  4. 4. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll tightly.
  5. 5. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and ingredients.
  6. 6. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
