Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup mixed nuts chopped
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats and chopped nuts.
  3. In a small saucepan, warm the maple syrup and peanut butter until smooth.
  4. Pour the warm mixture over the oats and nuts, and stir well to combine.
  5. Fold in the dried cranberries.
  6. Press the mixture firmly into a baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
