Grapefruit Basil Martini
A refreshing vegan cocktail with a twist of basil and grapefruit.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup grapefruit juice freshly squeezed
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 tablespoon simple syrup
- 4 leaves basil fresh
- 1 cup ice
Muddle the basil leaves in a cocktail shaker.
Add grapefruit juice, vodka, simple syrup, and ice to the shaker.
Shake well until chilled.
Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a basil leaf.
