Ingredients

  • 1 baguette Baguette sliced
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup Red onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Kalamata olives pitted and chopped
  • ¼ cup Fresh basil chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, red onion, Kalamata olives, basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spoon the mixture onto the toasted baguette slices.
  5. Serve immediately.
