Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
2. Add sliced chicken breast to the bowl and coat well with the marinade. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked, about 10-15 minutes.
4. Warm the pita bread in a skillet or oven.
5. Assemble the gyros by placing chicken, tzatziki sauce, tomatoes, red onion, and lettuce on each pita bread.
