- 2 cucumbers sliced
- 1 red onion thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup kalamata olives pitted and halved
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and kalamata olives.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, and dried oregano.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
