Instructions
Cook orzo pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
In a large bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and parsley.
Add the cooled orzo pasta to the bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
