Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast, shredded
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Diced Celery
  • ½ cup Chopped Red Onion
  • ¼ cup Chopped Fresh Dill
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 pieces Whole Wheat Tortillas

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, diced celery, chopped red onion, chopped fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. 2. Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a flat surface.
  3. 3. Spoon the chicken salad mixture onto each tortilla, spreading it evenly.
  4. 4. Roll up the tortillas tightly and slice them in half if desired.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
