  • 500 g Green Beans trimmed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  2. 2. Drain the green beans and transfer them to a mixing bowl.
  3. 3. In a small pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. 4. Pour the garlic and olive oil over the green beans. Season with salt and black pepper. Toss to combine.
  5. 5. Serve warm.
