Green Grape Salad Recipe

- 2 cups Green grapes halved
- 1 cup Celery chopped
- ¼ cup Walnuts chopped
- ¼ cup Vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved green grapes, chopped celery, and chopped walnuts.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the vegan mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the grape mixture and toss gently to combine.
4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving for a colder salad.
