Main Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cucumber
- 2 apples
- 1 lemon
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 cup water
Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
Cut the cucumber, apples, and lemon into smaller pieces.
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Strain the juice using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
Serve immediately.
