Green Onion Pancakes Recipe

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil for cooking
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Gradually add the hot water, stirring with a spoon until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a thin circle.
Brush each circle with a little oil and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Roll each circle into a log, then coil it into a spiral. Flatten gently with a rolling pin.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of oil. Cook each pancake for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
