Green Pea Salad with Cheddar Cheese
A simple and delicious vegan green pea salad with a twist of cheddar cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Green Peas frozen, thawed
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded, vegan
- ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
In a large mixing bowl, combine the green peas, cheddar cheese, and red onion.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper.
Toss everything together until well combined. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
