Salad Ingredients
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 cucumber sliced
- 1 avocado diced
- 0.25 cup red onion thinly sliced
- 0.25 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 tablespoon olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cucumber, avocado, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
