- 1 bunch Asparagus trimmed
- 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Toss the asparagus with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
3. Grill the asparagus for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine the grilled asparagus, cherry tomatoes, remaining olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
5. Toss everything together until well coated. Serve immediately.
