Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Asparagus trimmed
  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Toss the asparagus with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
  3. 3. Grill the asparagus for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine the grilled asparagus, cherry tomatoes, remaining olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  5. 5. Toss everything together until well coated. Serve immediately.
