Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread Use your favorite vegan bread
  • 4 slices Vegan Cheese Any kind you like
  • 2 tablespoon Vegan Mayo For spreading on the bread

Instructions 

  1. 1. Spread vegan mayo on one side of each bread slice.
  2. 2. Place two slices of bread, mayo side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add vegan cheese slices on top of the bread in the skillet.
  4. 4. Top with the remaining bread slices, mayo side up.
  5. 5. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted.
