  • 4 slices Bread Use your favorite vegan bread
  • 4 slices Vegan Cheese Choose a meltable variety
  • 2 tablespoon Vegan Butter For spreading on the bread

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Spread vegan butter on one side of each bread slice.
  3. 3. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on the skillet.
  4. 4. Add two slices of vegan cheese on each bread slice in the skillet.
  5. 5. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
  6. 6. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  7. 7. Remove from skillet, slice, and serve hot.
