  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 0.5 cup diced tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup diced onions
  • 0.25 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for grilling

Instructions 

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken breast with salt and pepper.
  3. Brush grill with olive oil.
  4. Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  5. Let chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly.
  6. Warm tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  7. Assemble tacos with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and avocado.
  8. Serve with lime wedges.
