  • ½ cup Herb Butter softened
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
  4. 4. While the chicken is grilling, mix the softened herb butter in a bowl.
  5. 5. Once the chicken is done, brush it with the herb butter and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
