Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 2 cups Kale chopped
  • ½ cup Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Nutritional yeast
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
  3. 3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. While the chicken is grilling, prepare the kale pesto. In a blender, combine kale, olive oil, nutritional yeast, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
  5. 5. Serve the grilled chicken with a generous dollop of kale pesto on top.
