  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

  2. 2. Grill the vegan chicken pieces for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  3. 3. In a blender, combine roasted red bell peppers, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
