  • 4 slices Bread whole grain or sourdough
  • 1 cup Hummus
  • 1 cup Spinach fresh
  • 1 medium Tomato sliced
  • 1 medium Avocado sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your panini press.
  2. 2. Spread hummus on one side of each bread slice.
  3. 3. Layer spinach, tomato, and avocado on two of the bread slices.
  4. 4. Top with the remaining bread slices, hummus side down.
  5. 5. Grill in the panini press for about 5 minutes, or until the bread is golden and crispy.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
