  • 4 Peaches halved and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 scoops Dairy-free vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped nuts optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the peach halves with olive oil.
  3. Place the peaches on the grill, cut side down. Grill for about 4-5 minutes, until they have grill marks and are slightly softened.
  4. Flip the peaches and grill for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.
  6. Place a grilled peach half in a bowl, top with a scoop of dairy-free vanilla ice cream, and drizzle with maple syrup. Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
