Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 pieces Tortillas
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup Carrot, shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Toss to coat.
  3. 3. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque and cooked through.
  4. 4. In another bowl, mix cabbage, carrot, lime juice, and cilantro.
  5. 5. Warm tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  6. 6. Assemble tacos by placing grilled shrimp on tortillas and topping with the slaw mixture.
