- 1 cup Bell peppers, chopped
- 1 cup Zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup Red onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Thread the vegetables onto skewers.
Brush the vegetables with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill the skewers for 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
