Ingredients 

Vegetables

  • 1 large Zucchini sliced
  • 1 large Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 large Red Onion sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all the vegetables, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Place the vegetables on the grill. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.
  4. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
