Grilled Vegetable Pasta Primavera
A delicious and healthy vegan pasta dish with grilled vegetables.

Main Ingredients
- 12 oz Pasta any type
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Zucchini sliced
- 1 cup Bell peppers sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Fresh basil chopped
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Toss cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and bell peppers with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Grill vegetables for 5-7 minutes, until tender and slightly charred.
In a pan, heat remaining olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add grilled vegetables to the pan and toss to combine.
Add cooked pasta, lemon juice, and fresh basil. Toss everything together.
Serve warm.
