  • 2 pcs Zucchini sliced
  • 2 pcs Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 pcs Eggplant sliced
  • 1 pcs Red Onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
