  • 1 unit Yellow Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 unit Zucchini sliced
  • 1 unit Red Onion quartered
  • ¼ cup Teriyaki Sauce

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the sliced vegetables with a bit of oil and salt.
  3. Grill the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until tender and slightly charred.
  4. Brush the grilled vegetables with teriyaki sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from grill and serve immediately.
