  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Vegetables chopped (e.g., bell peppers, onions, carrots)
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 cup Vegan Cheese shredded

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked lentils, tomato sauce, chopped vegetables, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  4. Sprinkle shredded vegan cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
