Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed chickpeas, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, soy sauce, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
2. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and heated through.
5. Serve the patties on buns with your favorite toppings.
