Ingredients 

Burger Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chickpeas cooked and mashed
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin ground
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika smoked
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper ground
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for cooking

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed chickpeas, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, soy sauce, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. 4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and heated through.
  5. 5. Serve the patties on buns with your favorite toppings.
